The connectors are suitable for use with both loose tube and tight buffered fiber optic cable. The Giganet connectors provide low insertion loss, low back reflection, precise repeatability and high temperature stability. The Giganet connectors are suitable for Long Haul telecommunication, Optical fiber CATV engineering, LAN and WAN network and Data optical communication system. The Giganet fiber optic adaptors are used to match connectivity of pre-terminated fiber optic cable or assemblies with different types of connectors or used in-line for extension of fiber optic cable when cabinet locations are changed without having to lay new fiber optic cable.
